IMPORTANT - New Standards for Carbon Monoxide Alarms
Mavor & Company takes seriously tenant’s safety in your properties. As of 1st October 2013 there is a new legal requirement that a carbon monoxide alarm must be fitted when a new gas heating appliance is installed, however under best practice we advise that all rental properties have a CO alarm installed.
